By using Safe4U services, website, or related platform materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Safe4U on behalf of a retailer, finance company, distributor, or other business entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
Safe4U may update these terms as business, legal, or security requirements evolve. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
Permitted Business Use
Safe4U is intended for legitimate mobile finance protection, EMI phone protection, retailer device management, and customer-agreed lock workflows.
Safe4U must not be used for harassment, unauthorized surveillance, unlawful device control, personal data extraction, or any purpose that violates customer consent, applicable laws, or finance agreements.
- Use Safe4U only for lawful finance protection.
- Activate protection only after customer agreement and consent.
- Keep records accurate and use the dashboard responsibly.
- Do not misrepresent Safe4U as a spying or personal monitoring product.
Customer Consent and Enrollment
Before activation, customer details are entered, a customer photo is captured, a customer signature is collected, and the customer agrees to terms related to device protection and finance obligations.
Retailers and finance partners are responsible for explaining applicable finance terms, lock conditions, payment obligations, and resolution procedures to customers.
- Customer consent must be obtained before activation.
- Enrollment records must be accurate and lawfully collected.
- Customers must be informed about when device locking may occur.
- Customers must be provided a clear path for payment and lock resolution.
Privacy and Data Boundaries
Safe4U does not provide access to customer personal data such as private files, gallery, messages, banking information, passwords, or private app content.
Retailers, finance partners, and administrators agree not to attempt to use Safe4U to access, infer, extract, or misuse customer private content.
- No personal customer data access through Safe4U.
- No gallery, message, banking, password, or file access.
- No spying or surveillance usage.
- Only device locking functionality is provided.
Locking Functionality
If EMI payments are not made according to agreed finance terms, authorized users may initiate device locking according to the customer agreement and applicable law.
The locked device may display a secure screen with payment or contact instructions. Essential features such as calls and SMS may remain available for communication and resolution.
- Lock actions should be authorized and agreement-based.
- Lock screens should provide clear resolution instructions.
- Essential communication access should be preserved where configured.
- Unlock actions should follow payment or dispute resolution procedures.
Limitations and Liability
Safe4U is provided for finance protection workflows and does not guarantee recovery of all payments, prevention of all misuse, or uninterrupted availability under every network, device, or hosting condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe4U is not liable for misuse by retailers, finance partners, unauthorized users, incorrect customer information, unlawful deployment, or disputes outside Safe4U platform functionality.
